1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not continue reserving your event slot.

2. Services

We provide professional event-hosting services for a variety of events. The specific details of the services will be outlined in a written agreement between This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host and the client.

3. Bookings and Payments

Deposits:

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT amounting to PHP 3,500 is required to confirm your booking.

Full Payment:

The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Failure to make a timely payment may result in additional charges per day.

4. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Paypal or Xendit.

Cancellations and Refunds:

The Client must understand that upon entering into this contract, This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host is committing time which would result in loss of income and working opportunities in an amount hard to calculate precisely.

Therefore, the following cancellation would be not later than 2 weeks after the date of booking or reservation, otherwise NO REFUND shall be given for the deposit made by the Client. A payment of fifty percent (50%) balance of the professional will be given to This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host for the time and effort that occurred, and for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.

If a cancellation will occur one (1) month before the event date of this contract, the Client MUST PAY IN FULL with written notice for the cancellation to fully take effect.

5. Changes and Amendments

In this event, the Client is forced to change the event date. This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host will make an effort to match the new date. The Client further understands that changes in date result in a loss of income for the original date, and time has been blocked to accommodate the event. Therefore, This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host has the right to require an additional fee of PHP 8,000 to compensate for losses and change the event date.

6. Reservation Errors

In the event of an error in booking the date or time of your reservation, you are permitted to request amendments within 48 hours of the initial reservation. After this period, no further changes will be allowed, and the reservation will be considered final with no additional costs.

6. Liability

Client Responsibilities:

The Client must provide professional-grade audio equipment, including speakers and a microphone, with its technical operators to ensure optimal communication and presentation quality throughout the event. Failure to provide by the Client, This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host will not be held liable for any circumstances that may affect the quality of service during the event.

To facilitate the successful execution of the program, the Client agrees to promptly provide all necessary information, data, and materials for the program requested by This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host. Timely provision of this information is crucial for the efficient implementation and completion of the project.

7. Program Discussions and Meetings

The duration of discussion and meetings takes about one (1) to two (2) hours. To streamline the collaboration and ensure the efficiency of both parties, This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host conducts meetings online. This allows both parties to maximize the time and eliminate the challenges posed by traffic and other scheduling constraints. If face-to-face interaction is imperative, a prompt charge of a minimum of Php 2,500 will be applied to the account depending on the additional time and logistics involved.

Meeting Rescheduling:

Any rescheduling of meetings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. This allows for effective time management, enabling me to allocate the time productively for other tasks if the meeting is rescheduled. Failure to provide at least 8 to 24 hours notice may result in the meeting being considered confirmed and any missed meetings may be subject to a penalty fee of PHP 500.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, worksheets, including scripts, materials, and media created by This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host for the event remains the intellectual property of This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials, content, or properties provided by This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host is strictly prohibited. If any party is found reproducing these properties without prior written consent, they will be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to legal consequences.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Force Majeure

This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies.

11. Resolution of Disputes. This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host, and the Client agrees to not post any negative information about the other arising out of this agreement or event on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof and providing the other party with an opportunity to resolve any issues between the parties amicably.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between This is Tori - The Multipreneur Host, and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
